Production Associate in Morris, IL

Pay: 19.75 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Takes product from conveyor to the box and then palletizes for shipping
• Quality control including, line checks, product weight, x-ray, and fat checks
• Transport driver tracks product and product materials and transports finished product to freezer
• Machine startup, cleans off conveyors and conducts machine resets
• Sets up taper machines and box printer. Runs test product packaging
• Reports any machine malfunction 
• Packaging then advance box on conveyor
• Manually stacks / palletizes boxes onto rotation
• Lifts and carries empty pallet onto Lazy Suzan for each pallet stacked
• Supplies line with packaging materials such as empty pallets

Job Requirements: 

• Able to use a manual pallet jack, x-ray machines, scales, box printer and fat tester
• Able to work in a cold environment - 37-47 degree warehouse 
• Able to stand and lift up to 30lbs 
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred
