***Location: Largo, FL***

2nd shift: Monday through Friday 3:30 pm - 12 am

Pay Rate: $18-$22/hr DOE

Position Overview:

A supervisor’s responsibility is for the production output, efficiency, safety and quality of product in that specific area. This position involves the ability to lead / schedule people and multi-task in a detailed, fast paced, changing environment. 

Essential Job Functions

Daily tasks may/will include reading and signing off on jobs for production.

Ensure all employees follow company safety rules, recommendations of improvement to the Plant.

Manager for production or personnel issues and monitoring order flow to ensure all product is prepared and all ship dates are scheduled properly.

Requirements

High School Diploma required, further education preferred.

Printing & Supervisors experience is preferred.

Other Skills/Abilities

Must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.

Strong communication skills.

Problem solver, Pro-active, not afraid to go above and beyond their assigned role.
