Partners Personnel is seeking Proofreaders in Largo, FL.

Proofreaders are responsible for quality and accuracy of an order before production by using an art application system.

1st shift: Monday through Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm (NEED 3)

2nd shift: Monday through Friday 3:30 pm - 12 am (NEED 1)

Pay: $15-$15.50/hr (depending on shift)

Essential Job Functions

• Looks at the supplied customer artwork, artwork returned from vendors, purchase order and any added customer or CSR special instructions.

• Compares artwork to the corresponding final file(s) and production traveler for any errors.

• Mark any errors found and return it to the vendor/artist for correction.

Requirements

• High School Degree

• Proficient in MS Outlook

• Organizational skills

• Attention to detail

• Must be able to reach 100 order completion daily

Other Skills/Abilities

• Basic knowledge of silk screening, pad printing, heat transferring, and 4 color process and previous proof-reading experience is a plus but not required.

• Familiarity with Adobe suite programs.

• Ability to communicate clearly via email with customer service reps.
