This Thornton Apartment Community is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant!
Temp to Hire opportunities! Great Benefits!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm/Saturday, 10:00am-5:00pm/Sunday, 12:00pm-5:00pm.
Pay: $18-$20 (Depending on Experience)
The leasing agent will be responsible for the leasing & marketing for multi-family residential apartments while maintaining positive resident relations.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
•Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).
•Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
•Assist in monitoring renewals. Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices.
•Maintain current resident files.
•Assist management team with other various tasks as required.
Required:
•1 year of Apartment Leasing experience
•Recent Fair Housing Training
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early evenings and weekends
