Position Summary (Lebanon, IN)

The Machine Operator/ Fulfillment Associate prepares all orders for shipment, making sure that the orders are complete, accurate and secured for shipping. The Machine Operator/ Fulfillment Associate also unloads incoming containers, labels each roll with its appropriate barcode label and maintains a safe and tidy work environment. Being self-directed, highly motivated, energetic and able to work great in a team setting will be ideal in succeeding in this position. 

Responsibilities 

•     Appropriately label rolls and pallets 

•    Slitting rolls with machine

•    Reroll machine (preferably) 

•    Proficient with measuring tape

•    Excel and Outlook knowledge (preferably)

•    Receive and palletize incoming shipments 

•    Pick and pack outgoing shipments 

•    Load and unload containers and trailers 

•    Facilities maintenance including various miscellaneous duties 

•    Other duties as assigned 

Requirements 

•    Regular attendance and punctuality 

•    Positive attitude and desire to provide excellent service 

•    Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment  

•    Ability to lift and work with heavy products up to 100 pounds is a must 

•    Strong work ethic and initiative 

•    Ability to work well independently and as part of a team 

•    Willing to work overtime as needed 

•    Forklift certified  

•    Ability to problem solve  

•    Must be willing to help out where needed

•    Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and willingness to take on additional responsibility
