We are seeking an experienced onsite supervisor (partnership specialist at Partners Personnel) for our client in for an order fulfillment company in the College Park, GA area representing Partners Personnel.

 

Bilingual is not required, but is a plus!

 

To be considered, candidates must be professional and articulate, excellent at communicating in all mediums, dedicated, have strong customer service skills, be reliable and punctual with a solid attendance record, have a staffing background with strong recruiting skills.

 

Required previous experience in order to be considered:

• Full cycle recruiting

• Onsite supervision in a light industrial setting

• Payroll, safety observations, and associate surveys

• Measurement by KPIs (key performance indicators)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Recruiting, managing KPI, payroll, daily walk-throughs, working with supervision/plant manager to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments, troubleshooting associate needs, attending meetings with plant management when necessary.
