Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company. Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

 

Position: Vice President of Sales

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM

Salary: $130K, annual commission of $35K (relocation compensation available)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including setting goals, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring high levels of performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and drive business success.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales forecasts, including developing annual sale plans.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Knowledge of the pool table industry and related products, as well as an understanding of market trends and competitive landscape is a plus but not required.
