We are currently recruiting for a Billing Specialist in Santa Maria, CA!

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Job Duties: Associate will accurately and timely invoice clients for services rendered. Responsible for setting up new customer accounts in the system. Able to conduct searches and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner. Assisting other departments as needed.

Job Requirements: Advanced knowledge in billing software (Sage) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent data entry skills with strong use of keyboard and 10 key. Must be able to lift filled archive boxes, work independently, and sit for long periods of time. Strong knowledge of billing and financial concepts. Valid CA driver license.Associates Degree in Accounting required. -Able to read, write and communicate in English (Bilingual a plus).
