Pay Rate: $26-28/hr

Schedule:  Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, 40 hrs a week

Job Duties:

Answering phones

Taking messages

Handling mail

Scheduling appointments

Collecting information

Faxing

Scanning

Making copies

Data entry

Other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

•Paralegal experience/knowledge

•Familiar reviewing different types of contracts involving vendors (3PL), technology services, T&C, data privacy, warranty, and confidential documentations. 

•Must have DocuSign experience. 

•Converting hard copies to digital using MS Word or other applications. 

•Recognize various types of agreements: exhibits, issue spotting, etc. 

•Identifying term dates, auto renewals, waivers.
