Temp to Hire!

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 am-3:30 pm and Saturday

Job Duties: Answer incoming phone calls, web chats, and email inquiries. Set up new client accounts ensuring accurate data collection and data entry. Provided technical support to customers via phone, email, and web chat. Resolve customer concerns. Processing new orders promptly. Will be generating reports daily.

Job Requirements:

Valid Current Driver License

Must pass a background check.

Minimum of typing at 35wpm.

Previous Customer Service Experience

Multi-phone line experience / Phone Etiquette

12+ months experience in a similar office work setting.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

Must be able to work Saturdays.
