Job Title: Customer Service Representative

 

Pay Rate: $19.00-$20.00/per hr.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

 

Job Duties:

•Process Customer orders, print orders and labels, prepare special handling (VAS) requests and work with warehouse to follow instructions.

•Communicate closely with the Customer for specific requirements.

•Confirm orders / scan BOL’s to customers daily.

•File

•Routing orders and following routing guides by Customer

•Run reports for Open order, Shipped orders and tracking.

•Create BOL’s and Packing list.

 

 

Job Requirements:

•1 Year of customer service-related experience

•Ability to work with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point

•Effective time management and self-accountability

•Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

•High level of professionalism

•Excellent communication skills

•High school diploma/GED
