Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Manager or Supervisor
Job Purpose: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the management and logistics team, performs general office duties, and assists with special projects as needed.
Responsibilities: · Customer service and sales team support. · Prepare and send invoice documentation to customers. · Manage office supplies and inventory. · Respond to emails and manage correspondence. · Provide general support in preparing orders and coordinating shipments. · Greet and assist visitors to the office. · Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars. · Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and reports. · Maintain accurate records and files. · Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports. · Perform general office duties such as faxing, photocopying, and scanning. · Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. · Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. · Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Requirements: · 1 year of experience in an administrative role, customer service, or similar · Knowledge of QuickBooks. - Mandatory · High school diploma. · Knowledge of Microsoft office Nice to have · Bilingual (English & Spanish). Pay rate $22
