Job Description
Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients and sales team. Assisting with transportation needs and requests that includes, but not limited to: tracking and tracing shipments, providing status updates to customers by both verbal and written communication, assisting team members with filing daily shipment paperwork, assisting the accounting department with gathering and entering charges into our system, assist with answering all incoming calls and providing timely responses to emails.

0900-1800
Pay rate:
$16/hour
Experience:
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Can Handle between 50-100 phone calls per day as a customer service representative
• Communicating with customers via phone and email
• Data Entry
• Maintaining accurate records/ Notes
• Communicating with drivers
• Ability to Work/communicate cross-departmentally
• Creating reports
• Microsoft Office *Excel especially*
• Data Entry into SAP of daily shipments and appropriate routing
• Proactive communication to customers or internal operations team throughout the entirety of the shipment
• Multitasking: handling several shipments for a variety of accounts simultaneously without sacrificing service
• Select best routing option to ensure delivery requirements are met
• Track and trace shipments
• Handle and complete turnover from Third shift operations team
• Handle any problems that arise during transit to ensure customer satisfaction (i.e. delays, breakdowns)
