Partners Personnel is currently looking for a team lead for one of the biggest steel company's in Elgin. 

Job Description: 

Working along side the plant supervisor 

Assigning task to material handers 

Operating forklift throughout the entire shift 

Working general labor work as needed. 

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs throughout the entire shift

Must wear steel toed shoes 

Overseeing 3 or more associates throughout the entire shift 

Hours: 

8:00am to 4:30pm 

Pay Rate: 21.00 per hour
