We are currently hiring Customer Service Representative in San Luis Obispo, CA!

Temp to Hire Opportunity!

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Duties: Answer incoming phone calls, web chats, and email inquiries. Set up new client accounts ensuring accurate data collection and data entry. Provided technical support to customers via phone, email, and web chat. Process customer returns, in accordance with SOP. Resolve customer concerns. Must keep workstation clean and organized. Perform other job duties, activities or responsibilities as assigned by the needs of the business, with or without notice.

Job Requirements:

Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English)

Valid Current Driver License

Minimum of typing at 35wpm.

Previous Customer Service Experience

Multi phone line experience / Phone Etiquette

Call Center Experience

12+ months experience in similar office work setting.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
