We are seeking an independent, motivated, flexible, individual with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service and is blilingual (Spanish/English). A strong background in the staffing and/or logistics industries is a huge plus! This position is onsite at a major manufacturing plant in Fresno, CA representing Partners Personnel.

• Up to $25 hourly, depending on experience (overtime will be required)

• Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00pm - 5:00am (may have to early morning check-ins at 6:00am)

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Oversee 90-100 associates,

• Daily reports management,

• Managing KPIs,

• Weekly payroll

• Daily walk-throughs,

• Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments,

• Troubleshooting associate needs,

• Attending meetings with management when necessary.

 

What we need from you:

• Light Industrial staffing experience a huge plus!

• Excellent customer service skills

• Some knowledge of safety and HR regulations a plus

• Supervisory experience

• Bilingual Spanish and English is required

• Ability to drive and meet KPIs

• Strong Microsoft office skills

• Experience processing payroll
