We are seeking an independent, motivated, flexible, individual with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and bilingual (Spanish/English). A strong background in the staffing and/or logistics industries is a huge plus! This position is onsite at a major manufacturing plant in Wilmington, CA representing Partners Personnel.

• Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 pm - 5:00 am and Saturdays from 8:00 pm - 12:00 am

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee 100 associates,

• Daily reports management,

• Managing KPIs,

• Weekly payroll

• Daily walk-throughs,

• Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments,

• Troubleshooting associate needs,

• Attending meetings with management when necessary.

What we need from you:

• Light Industrial staffing experience is a huge plus!

• Excellent customer service skills

• Supervisory experience

• Bilingual Spanish and English are required

• Ability to drive and meet KPIs

• Strong Microsoft office skills

• Experience processing payroll
