This Denver Apartment Community is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant!

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm/Saturday, 10:00 am-5:00 pm/Sunday, 12:00 pm-5:00 pm.

Pay: $18-$20 (Depending on Experience)

The leasing agent will be responsible for the leasing and marketing of multi-family residential apartments while maintaining positive resident relations.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

•Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).

•Have the prospect complete the application and secure a deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.

•Assist in monitoring renewals. Distribute and follow up on renewal notices.

•Maintain current resident files.

•Assist management team with other various tasks as required.

Required:

•1 year of Apartment Leasing experience

•Recent Fair Housing Training

•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early evenings and weekends
