Createch, a specialty division of Partners Personnel, is looking for a full-time/permanent Account Executive to join their newly formed Northeast team. No staffing industry experience is required, but you must have a background related to marketing, advertising, communications, or design AND must have experience in sales and/or customer service to be considered. We'll teach you the rest!

Comfortable initiating and following up with clients using all forms of communication such as phone calls, in-person and/or virtual meetings, and email etiquette

Writing, sending, and processing mass emails

Creating content on social media platforms

Marketing automation
This role is in Morristown, NJ with some flexibility to work from home

Competitive base salary $55-65k + a generous, uncapped commission model and lots of opportunity to earn additional bonuses and incentives

The Account Executive is responsible for building client relationships and selling our creative staffing services, ultimately maintaining strong, successful relationships.
They are skilled in:

All forms of communication, written and verbal, with supervisors, peers, clients, and/or subordinates.

Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships; developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.

High level of networking and communication skills with the desire to want to build long lasting working relationships.

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
They have experience in:

Creative industries - Marketing, advertising, communications, and/or design.

Customer facing roles – Sales, customer service, or related.

Getting Information — Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
