Summary

Ensure that materials and products received and shipped meet all customer and DCS quality requirements.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities

• In-Process Quality Inspection

• Interferometer Inspection

• Final Quality Inspection

• nsertion and Return Loss Testing

• End Face Analysis

• Quality related data collection, entry and reporting

• Product testing

• Insertion and Return Loss Testing

• Ability to use or learn to use various types of light duty equipment such as:

• Cable measuring and cutting machines

• Cable labeling machines

• Curing ovens

• Connector polishing machines

• Visual inspection equipment

• Ability to use light duty hand tools for cutting, stripping, and mechanical assembly

• Fiber optic cable manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

• Other duties as assigned
