We are seeking a bilingual in Spanish, independent, motivated, flexible, individual with strong leadership skills and a strong background in the staffing and light industrial industries. This position is onsite at a large manufacturing facility in Fairfield, OH representing Partners Personnel.

• 2nd shift, M-F

 

• Up to $60k base pay, depending on experience

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Recruiting, managing KPI, payroll, daily walk-throughs, working with supervision/plant manager to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments, troubleshooting associate needs, attending meetings with plant management when necessary.
