We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills and a strong background in the staffing and light industrial industries. This position is onsite, representing Partners Personnel. Onsite supervision experience is a must, as is full cycle recruiting and previous experience with payroll, safety observations, and associate surveys.

Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Recruiting, managing KPI, payroll, daily walk-throughs, working with supervision/plant manager to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments, troubleshooting associate needs, attending meetings with plant management when necessary.
