Local reputable winery in Paso Robles is seeking a seasonal Harvest Lab Assistant.

 

Job Duties:

*Retrieve samples from wine tanks filled with in-process fermentations and wines using proper sampling techniques.

*Perform routine harvest juice and wine analyses using a wide assortment of advanced and automated equipment.

*Record and enter data in central collections systems.

 

Requirements:

*Must be able to work an early morning shift and some weekends.

 

Flexible schedule: 3 - 4:00am start time (8hr shift)

 

Pay Rate: $18.00+
