Now hiring for a Purchasing Specialist in Fresno, Ca.

 

Pay Range: $20-$23/hour

 

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm (weekends as needed)

 

Job Duties

•Check and replenish inventories based on safety stock level, demand, and forecast

•Fulfill purchase requests for facility

•Place purchase orders

•Find alternative and/or secondary suppliers

•Focus on materials required for production

•Develops, maintains, and reports department KPI’s

•Must be able to investigate, analyze, root cause, and provide solutions

 

Job Qualifications:

•Proficient with ERP system (Sage – We can teach)

•Proficient in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheet, and Teams Spreadsheet)

•Excellent communication via email, phone call, and in-person

•Minimum 1 year of experience

•Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
