We are looking for experienced, energetic, and dynamic laborers who can perform in a plant working environment with varying climates seeking to progress with an industry leader to take our company to the next level!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Production Operators:

· Starts assembly and production machinery at beginning of shift.

· Load reactors with materials in various stages.

· Monitor and observe production lines to ensure the flow of production is not interrupted.

· Monitor control boards that control production temperatures to meet specifications.

· Perform sampling and testing to ensure products meets specifications.

· Ensures the production area is clean and free of debris.

· Responsible for moving materials from warehouse to production areas.

· Adheres to safety guidelines dictation of the production and handling of materials in a factory.

· Ensures that production deadlines are met.

· Reports issues or problems to immediate Team Lead or Supervisor.

· Completes production daily tasks as required.
