Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting the customers with complaints, processing orders, and providing information about the customer’s product. You will also answer questions or requests from customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Field inbound calls from customers / handle complaints

• Answer any email communications

• Process any orders or speak with customers about

Candidate Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Customer Service experience

• 40 WPM Typing speed

• Must be able to work given shift

Pay: $ 14.00/hr

Shift: Monday – Friday, 1^st Shift, 10:00AM – 7:00PM
