Pay rate: $22.00  

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Responsibilities:

• Proven QA experience, particularly in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors.
• Familiarity with measurement tools, including calipers, to conduct accurate inspections and measurements of products.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• High school / GED degree required
• Associate degree in Technical School or equivalent work experience preferred
• 3+ years related QA experience in the areas of inspection/test, auditing, or compliance in a medical device or FDA-regulated industry preferred
• Working knowledge of GMPs, GDPs, FDA QSRs, and ISO 13485 requirements
• Ability to conduct sterilization and device history record audits
• Intermediate or above level of proficiency with MS Office applications
• Ability to utilize basic math skills – compute rate, ratio, and percent; draw and interpret bar graphs and charts; complete and document accurate counts of objects
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where limited standardization exists
