Job Title: CONTROLLER

Pay Rate: $120k- $130k Annually 

Schedule: Mon. - Fri., 9 am-5pm, After Hours as needed

Job Duties:

The Controller will be responsible for the general ledger, bank and account reconciliations, monthly 

close activities, AP/AR  preparation of monthly financial statements and other related reporting as 

assigned.

Job Requirements:

•     Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

•     Bilingual (Spanish Required)

•     experience in General Ledger accounting

•     Public accounting experience a plus

•     Advanced experience with QuickBooks and Excel; SAP experience a plus

•     Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

•     Handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines regularly and consistently

•     Administrative experience 

•     Maintain a high level of confidentiality

•     Detail-oriented; self-starter and thorough; strong organizational skills

•     Communicate effectively with all levels of staff throughout the organization

•     Build and maintain positive working relationships with all co-workers and staff

•     Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

•     Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)

•     Payroll: 2 years (Preferred)

•     General Ledger: 1 year (Preferred)

•     Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
