We’re hiring Forklift Operators / Pallet Jack Operators to work for a national leading logistics company in Richmond, VA.  Our Forklift Operators / Pallet Jack operators will provide outstanding service by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work promptly and safely.

Job title: Forklift Operator / Pallet Jack

Pay: $17.50/hour with Weekly Pay

Schedule (Days and Time): Monday-Friday (3:00pm-11:30pm)

**Some weekends required**

Our Forklift Drivers will:

Safely load, unload, sort, stack, stage, label, and transport products into and out of the warehouse using a forklift.

Arrange cartons on pallets keeping in mind size, weight, and height.

Unload trucks and stage freight.

Follow company safety policies and procedures.

Our Pallet Jack Drivers will:

Moving materials around the warehouse or facility using either a manual or electric pallet jack. 

Loading and unloading pallets from trucks or storage areas, as well as positioning them in designated locations like shelves or staging areas. 

Responsible for inspecting the pallet jack to ensure it's in good working condition, including checking wheels, forks, and battery levels for electric models.

Forklift Driver / Pallet Jack Requirements:

At least 6 months of experience operating a Forklift /Pallet Jack.

Previous experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing setting.

Ability to work in an uncontrolled environment with seasonal temperatures that may include extremely hot or cold settings.

Ability to perform essential functions (i.e., lift 50 lbs., stand, walk, and bend for long periods consistently).

Follow dress code policies (i.e., wear steel-toe boots, long pants, safety vest).
