Join Our Release Services Team as a Title Auditor I
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? We are seeking a dedicated Title Auditor I to join our fast-paced Release Services Group. In this vital role, you will ensure the correctness and compliance of title and lien satisfactions, notarizations, and related documents, playing a key part in maintaining our high standards of service for internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of title and lien satisfactions, notarizations (if applicable), and related documentation with precision and timeliness.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize workflows and ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
- Conduct research and analysis using proprietary software to resolve title issues quickly and accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, including safety and ergonomic standards.
- Sign off and execute documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance before shipment.
- Maintain flexibility to accommodate business needs, including potential overtime, evening, or weekend hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education; college degree or industry certifications are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with the automotive, titling, or finance industry is a plus.
