1st shift- 8:30am-5pm
seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support our Willowbrook operations. This role is responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping custom-built golf clubs and components to customers and retail locations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality in every order.
This position is essential to delivering a premium customer experience by ensuring products arrive safely and correctly.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify order contents against packing slips and system records
- Prepare shipments using approved packaging standards to prevent damage
- Print and apply shipping labels and documentation
- Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) for pickups and deliveries
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
- Collaborate with receiving, inventory, and build teams to ensure order accuracy
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Standing and moving for extended periods
