Job Title: Ecommerce Warehouse Associate

Job Summary: The Ecommerce Warehouse Associate is responsible for various tasks related to the processing and fulfillment of customer orders in an ecommerce environment. This role involves picking, packing, sorting, and shipping products, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on specific guidelines and instructions.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and ensure proper storage of goods. Regularly update and maintain inventory records.
• Shipping & Receiving: Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, and ensure timely dispatch. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming products.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products are handled carefully and shipped in good condition. Perform quality checks to prevent errors or damage.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that products are stored in an easily accessible and efficient manner.
• Customer Satisfaction: Contribute to meeting customer expectations by ensuring prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other warehouse associates, supervisors, and managers to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals and deadlines.
• Health & Safety: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (typically 25-50 lbs).
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management software or systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
