Job Summary: The Production Worker is responsible for supporting the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products, ensuring that production processes meet strict regulatory standards, and assisting with the preparation, processing, packaging, and labeling of products. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Operations: Operate production equipment and machinery to manufacture pharmaceutical products, following specified procedures and instructions.
• Quality Control: Conduct routine checks and inspections to ensure the products meet quality standards and regulatory guidelines. Report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
• Material Handling: Prepare raw materials, equipment, and tools for the production process. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in compliance with GMP and safety regulations.
• Packaging & Labeling: Assist with the packaging and labeling of pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Sanitation & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by regularly cleaning workstations, equipment, and production areas. Follow cleaning protocols to prevent contamination.
• Documentation: Accurately document production processes, inspections, and any deviations from standard procedures. Maintain records in compliance with regulatory and quality control guidelines.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), following workplace safety regulations, and reporting potential hazards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other production workers, supervisors, and quality control teams to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in training programs and company initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency, safety, and product quality.
