Production Line Associate

Job Summary

The Production Line Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following safety and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to company specifications and production standards

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established standards

• Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment

• Monitor materials and report shortages or defects to supervisors

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Meet daily production quotas and deadlines

• Assist with equipment setup and changeovers as needed

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
