Job Title: Dispatcher/ Customer Service Representative

Schedule:
This position operates on a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Flexibility and availability during these hours are required.
Required Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dispatch and delivery processes.
- Proficiency in computer applications related to dispatching and logistics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interactions with team members and customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic English language proficiency is required.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual candidates are preferred, especially those who can speak, read, and write in both English and another language.
- Familiarity with various transportation methods and industry standards can be beneficial.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Previous office and customer service experience is essential, ideally in a logistics or distribution setting.
Other Requirements:
- Open availability is a must, including flexibility to work weekends and adjust to a Tuesday–Saturday schedule if needed.
- Experience with customer service escalation and resolution will be an asset.
