Assembly Associate – Join Our Medical Device Team in Tempe!
Are you ready to be a vital part of producing life-saving medical devices? We’re looking for motivated Assembly Associates to join our dynamic team in Tempe across multiple shifts 2nd. In this role, you’ll assemble high-quality stethoscopes, make machine adjustments for optimal production, identify and manage defective items, and maintain accurate production logs—all while working closely with your teammates to keep equipment running smoothly.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and stay focused for up to 8 hours per shift
- Previous assembly experience
- Strong, steady hands with good manual dexterity
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience operating or adjusting machinery
- Familiarity with quality control and inspection processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in manufacturing or medical device assembly is a plus
Other Requirements
- Willingness to work any shift: 2nd
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
