Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
- Proficient in documenting and reporting quality issues
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Effective communication skills within a team setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or other industry quality standards
- Experience with manufacturing or production environments
- Familiarity with calibration and testing equipment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or quality assurance training preferred
- Prior experience in a manufacturing quality control role, especially in nutritional, household, or pet products, is advantageous
- Experience with sanitation and safety protocols in a production setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, including temperature extremes and dusty environments
- Willingness to perform routine inspections, documentation, and minor troubleshooting
- Attention to cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company protocols
