Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in production processes, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead production team members to meet daily targets.
• Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure production schedules are followed.
• Maintain quality control standards and conduct inspections.
• Train and mentor team members on proper procedures and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and employee performance.
• Collaborate with management, maintenance, and quality control teams to improve processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 2 years in a production/manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
 Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
 Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office.
Forklift certification (preferred).
 Bilingual in English & Spanish (a plus).
