Material Handler – Essential Link in Our Supply Chain Success

As a Material Handler, you will be at the heart of the warehouse, ensuring that materials move seamlessly from receiving to production and shipping. Required Skills:

• Ability to receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and supplies
• Skilled in pulling, staging, and delivering materials to production lines promptly
• Competence in loading and unloading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual methods
• Experience performing inventory counts and maintaining accurate records in inventory management systems (ERP or WMS preferred)
• Packaging and preparing products for shipment following company guidelines
• Strong adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain physical endurance for standing and walking for extended periods
• Basic computer and data entry skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience (training available if needed)
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and warehouse management software

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is advantageous

• Flexibility to assist with general warehouse and manufacturing support tasks as assigned
