Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and supply chain operations? We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to support our 3PL activities, ensuring seamless inbound and outbound operations. In this vital role, you will work closely with leadership to prepare documentation, oversee shipping processes, and maintain accurate records—contributing directly to our operational success and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in transportation and logistics
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities efficiently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Knowledge of OS&D (Overages, Shortages, Damage) handling
- Prior experience working closely with warehouse and driver teams
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or higher
- Minimum of 2 years in a logistics or supply chain environment, preferably in a supporting or clerical capacity
Other Requirements:
- Reliable transportation may be necessary for coordination activities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
