Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and execute repairs promptly to maintain peak machinery performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and implement effective corrective measures; disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed.
• Assist with the installation, alignment, and setup of new mechanical systems and machinery.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Follow all safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures, PPE standards, and cleanliness requirements.
• Collaborate with other technicians, tradespeople, and contractors to meet maintenance and safety goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training/certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant mechanical or industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance techniques, and troubleshooting processes.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools, and read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
