Inventory Assistant – Warehouse Accuracy and Efficiency Specialist

Are you a detail-driven individual passionate about maintaining precise inventory records and supporting seamless warehouse operations? As an Inventory Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring inventory accuracy through regular counts and effective material handling. Your work will directly contribute to smooth production workflows and the overall success of our warehouse, making you an indispensable part of the operation.

Required Skills:

• Proven ability to perform accurate inventory counts and maintain records using inventory management systems such as ERP or WMS
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry capabilities
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Strong teamwork skills with the capacity to work independently when needed
• Familiarity with safe warehouse practices and compliance with OSHA standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Forklift certification or hands-on forklift operation experience (training available if needed)
• Previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments
• Experience with pulling, staging, and delivering materials to production lines
• Knowledge of packaging and shipping standards

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a valuable plus

Other Requirements:

• Ability to safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual methods
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
