Job Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently and safely
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
• Assemble and package products according to company standards
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance when needed
• Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with production machinery and equipment is a plus
• Basic problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
