Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee daily production operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in manufacturing or production, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Location: Rainbow Canyon, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a production associates to meet production goals and schedules.
• Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure proper staffing for each operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Conduct training and cross-training of team members on equipment, processes, and safety practices.
• Collaborate with other departments (quality, maintenance, logistics) to address issues and improve processes.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching/feedback, and assist with employee evaluations.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 1+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical documents, and safety instructions.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment and production metrics.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
