We are currently hiring Team Lead  

Job Title: Team Lead 

Pay Rate: $20

Schedule (Days and Time): 2pm-10pm 

Responsibilities:

• Uses computer and manufacturing software program to issue materials, print and assign work orders and review daily production orders for the department and to plan, organize, direct, follow up and coordinate equipment and employee resources to meet or exceed customer expectations. Responsible for shift activities to include: workstation assignments/rotations, employee breaks & lunches, back-up for absent employees and shift change over.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule and communicate activities with various departments and shifts to meet production schedules and ship dates.

• Provide recommendations to supervisor for personnel related issues, including hiring, employee performance, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.  Resolve issues/concerns and provide answers to employee questions.
• Work in the department as a team member to produce products per manufacturing specifications to achieve or exceed the production, quality standards and goals.
• Set up, adjust and operate machines and equipment.

Job Requirements

• Read, interpret and understand production sheets, manufacturing manual and corresponding reports and documents.
• Select appropriate raw materials, hardware, tools, tags and equipment necessary to produce and pack department products.
• Identify and report any equipment, operational or safety problems or material deficiencies.
• Understand and perform the Preventative Maintenance Program. Identify and report any maintenance issues on machines and equipment.
•  Move and handle materials as necessary.
