Partners Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join a leading provider of innovative software solutions for the gaming and entertainment industry.
Job Title: Quality Control Specialist
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks
- Inspect products and materials throughout the production process
- Work closely with the Production Control Specialist on quality standards
- Conduct tests and identify defects, inconsistencies, or process issues
- Ensure company standards and safety regulations are followed
- Address quality concerns and discuss solutions with supervisors
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
- Track defects, trends, and recurring issues
- Make recommendations for process and product improvements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across production teams
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Previous experience as a Quality Assurance/Control Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of production processes in a related industry preferred
- Working knowledge of quality assurance tools, methods, and concepts
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and reporting systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data collection, reporting, and analysis abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Relevant QA/QC certifications or training preferred
