Quality Technician
Location: Stockton Packaging Manufacturing Facility
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Join our team as a Quality Technician and play a key role in maintaining product excellence and customer satisfaction! In this position, you will assist with managing internal and external customer complaints by entering, tracking, and resolving issues. You’ll also conduct process audits, manage data entry, control supplier defects and returns, and support various quality-related duties. Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
What You’ll Do:
- Support complaint handling from receipt through resolution
- Perform process audits and generate detailed reports
- Control non-conforming materials and supplier returns
- Assist with data entry and documentation management
- Collaborate with the quality team on continuous improvement
- Follow all safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in Quality Control or as a Quality Technician
- Strong ability to interpret written, verbal, and diagram instructions
- Physically able to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working around moving machinery and loud noise
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice
- $20.00 per hour with weekly pay
