Job Title: Forklift Driver
Are you ready to elevate your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Join our team at a leading Corrugated Packaging Company in Stockton! We are currently seeking skilled Forklift Drivers for an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics flow. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safe & Efficient Operation: Utilize a Hyster propane sit-down forklift to transport materials and products across the facility safely and efficiently.
- Pallet Management: Stack pallets in pyramid formation and perform top stacking as needed to optimize storage space and maintain organization.
- Product Verification: Accurately verify product against documentation and stage materials, ensuring the right items are in the right place.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your staging areas organized and free from hazards to promote a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to meet production targets and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Job Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Forklift Experience: Proven 1+ years of experience operating sit-down propane forklifts; clamp forklift experience is a plus!
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift, move, and stack products as necessary.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs
Shifts Available:
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Compensation:
- Competitive Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
- Weekly pay provided for your peace of mind!
