Location: Stockton, CA
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Training Schedule (first 3+ weeks, based on development):
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients, carriers, and drivers via phone and email, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Dispatch drivers efficiently to meet delivery schedules
- Receive drivers upon arrival and verify that deliveries are completed accurately, including documenting all necessary information in the delivery system
- Collaborate closely with the distribution team to maintain smooth workflow and exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
