Partners Personnel is hiring Production Associates for a seasonal opportunity with a manufacturing company in St. Louis, MO. This role supports the production of beverage products in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Production Associate
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (some overtime available)
Position Type: Seasonal
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Work on a production line placing boxes into machines
Watch the product as it goes through the fill and seal process
Check items to make sure they are sealed correctly
Apply labels or stickers as needed
Move product down the line to be sorted onto pallets
Help keep the work area clean and organized
Requirements
Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required
Able to stand for the full shift and handle repetitive work
Able to lift up to 30–50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and able to work well with others
